A Productive Weekend!

Thank you to all of you who volunteered at the Saturday and Sunday workdays this past weekend! On Saturday we worked on the structure for our future herb wall and planted a ton of flowers and perennial herbs. On Sunday we cleaned up the compost area and constructed a new compost bin out of pallets. The garden is looking great! Hope you can join us for our next volunteer workday on Wednesday, May 30th from 5:00-7:00.

We’ll be building a sturdy 3-bin compost system out of pallets as well as tending to our vermicompost (worm) bins. Bring your food scraps to add to the pile!
